It is extremely important the Government of Israel understand that many people around the world are aware of -- and opposed to -- its actions against refusers. Emails are useful, but faxes and phone calls have far more impact. Please call or fax His Excellency Ambassador of the State of Israel, in Italy with this simple message:

The Israeli army's repeated jailing of conscientious objectors and its plans to court martial Yoni ben Artzi and his friends, are a violation of international law and human rights conventions. We deplore your brutal handling of these courageous young men. Instead of throwing them in jail you should heed their message: "End the Occupation Now."
